'Camshaft Posistion (Hall) Sensor' and 'Hall Sender' - HELP!

    Just got error code 515 out of my car and Ive got contradicting infor as per title.

    So are the camshaft position sensor and the hall sensor the same thing? I got error code 515 from VAG-COM???

    Whichever it is can they stop it starting?
