What I am trying to do is remove the balance weight from the rear of a Rallye propshaft were it bolts to the VC. I have a new Rallye front donut I wanted to use but the lugs where I want to bolt it to the VC are only 22mm & I need 25mm. What I am hoping to do is press the 25mm lugs out of the old donut/balance weight & press them into the new Rallye front donut, has anyone ever done/tried this before? Is this possible? Or can a donut with the correct lugs sizes be bought off the shelf? I think I need 22mm on the side that attaches to the propshaft & 25mm going into the VC. Any help or advice much appreciated.
