According to a website I looked at ( can't remember now) its $6800.

Interesting to see the new 1DS sensor now at 18mp when a lot of people though the next generation cameras were looking at 32mp and love the Dual Digic 5+ processors 3 times faster than the standard digic 5.

Also crazy ISO ranges, very nice.

 

I'd hate to think what the images would look like at the highest setting though...

 

they would be so full of noise!!! post processing wuld help some but not to that level!!

personally i think its a bit to much more than an normal pro would need.... only very extreme photographers need a few features this camera has to offer and would only need them very rarely....
how ever i so like the dual Digic 5+ processors, that thing will be fast!!
