    My golf won't start[:^(] [:^(]

It turns over and i get a spark so it must be fuel related... Confirmed this by checking taking the fuel filter off and no fuel was coming from the tank..

Looks like the pump is near the offside rear wheel, is that correct... Its making no noise atall....

Thought i'd check the fuses and fuse 5 is burnt out completely and i cant get it out!!!
Is this for the fuel pump??

Use some long nose pliers to pull it out- not sure if its the fuel pump fuse im afraid - look on the fuse box cover and it will tell you which fuse number does what.

Also check the conections on the coil as this is where the fuel pmp gets it's feed.
