Changing ABF Cams - A retards guide?

    Yes, I feel the increased girth, over that of a screw driver, would
    yield a higher success rate, and be less prone to bending when the
    spanner is struck with a large hammer.:lol:

    Isn't there a flat on the exhaust cam that you can use a spanner/adjustable to stop the cam turning to undo the cam pulley bolt?

    Or was I just a monster and used vise-grips? :lol:

    No Gary, I've just been to look, no 'flat' as such, although there's
    plenty to grab hold of with a large set of grips if you don't mind
    risking butchering it. But then again, I'd rather butcher the cam than
    the head...!
