On Channel 4 now: The governor of Cebu prison in the Philipines has started a reform regime of dancing. Apparently there have been no acts of violence (in a prison famous for it) He has a bit of a God complex, who apparently uses violence and threats to make them dance, but, it`s working. 11 million hits on YouTube! can you imagine trying to get our criminals to do that! and im not sure any female would be brave enough lol
If you look closely at that video, no female was brave enough to participate in that one. I've tried to pulled worse in Wycombe though Thinking about it, if I was in charge thats how I would want the prisons to be run. The person in charge of the prison should be the prison guv'nor and not some guy locked in a cell for most of the day. The Guv'nor should be seen as the inmates "god" and respected as such.
I agree. But watching the documentary, it became clear that he gave them no choice. Basically, `you will dance, or face the consequences`.... And uses violence (or threat of it) to control them.
