hello I have a mk2 20vt with 02j 5 speed box. (k04 approx 280hp) For a while now the gear change has always been poor especially when i put my foot down, today the clutch has started to make an awful noise and selecting gears is almost impossible so im assuming its f%&ked![:^(] Im looking for recomendations on what clutch to buy as a replacement? Also possible ways to improve the feel of the gear change? Any thoughts?
