Race 1: Qualified 3rd, new Kumho's were working well on a greasy surface, we were first out on track. Got a good start but the Seat Leon Supercopa and TrackScotland Impreza got ahead of me at start. On lap 2, Supercopa lost it at McIntyres letting the Impreza and me past. Spent the whole of the race in 3rd successfully fighting to keep the Supercopa behind me before getting passed by an Escort Cosworth on the 2nd last lap, dropping down to 4th. Got best ever start and managed to get into 2nd and held it for the first couple of laps. Traded places with the Supercopa after an MX5 doing me a favour but then he got past and started to build a gap I couldn't peg back. Held 3rd until after exiting the hairpin on last lap and missed 3rd gear allowing the Escort Cosworth to pip me again for 3rd place. I apologise for my language in the video. Yeah Chris, same Championship. Ali was going really well in the Mk1 but suffered really unfortunate mechanical issues, nothing serious, just race ending issues. Always going to be an issue running big power on big sticky slicks!
