Hi for everyone, sorry for my bad English. All photo is using on google drive.

I have an old problem when I swaped corrado pedal box into my golf mk2..
When I swap 02m gearbox, people on workshop said me, that can't bleed my clutch perfectly, because looks like my master cylinder is to small..
Then I added extra fluid reservoir:

After that clutch pedal was a little bit higher, but still so low to the bottom..:

Car was driving good, just uncomfortable to drive with this clutch pedal like this.

Now, after some time I swaped 02A gearbox ant I can't bleed my clutch..it's imposible..
I see one interesting thing, that when I disconecting clutch master cylinder rod from pedal, my both pedal (clutch ant brake) is on the same height:

BUT when I connecting my master cylinder rod to the clutch pedal I need pedal press to the bottom about 30mm..:

Looks like, that my master cylinder rod is too short and pedal can't stay in normal height. I think that can be problem that I can't bleed my clutch(the same like 02m was), because when my pedal is on the ground I not fully prees my master cylinder. Maybe I use wrong master cylinder ???

master and slave cylinders are new. My master cylinder:

My Corrado had a clutch system that never felt right from when I bought the car, pedal height wasn't great and it was tough changing gears even with the gearbox warmed up...felt like the slave cylinder wasn't moving enough ?.
When I swapped out the KR for ABF I found the hose was swollen and the slave cylinder was it such poor condition I was surprised it worked @ all, replaced hose and slave cylinder and vacuumed out all brake fluid and got a huge improvement.
Issue here is that all the crap that builds up in the brake master cylinder ends up in the clutch slave cylinder, thats what i found, the old slave was full of crap.
    Good luck,cheers.

I had a problem when we built my mk2 vr6 years ago that the pedal box frame got twisted on install and the clutch master cylinder wasn't going full travel and sticking.
