Thinking (yet again!!) about a new engibe for the valver - my local scrappie has an ABF for 375 and a VR6 for 600 - this is for the block and head ONLY. Does that sound expensive? (delivery is free I think and I live in N Scotland)
they won't split the engine to just give me the block, I wonder if there's much advantage in the ABF head over the KR? I understood there may be little difference?
no difference in heads really, well not in power output, use the abf complete with your kr inlet manifold and dizzy
you can use it if you like, but a dent in the bonnet support is all you need, tubthumped, barney and deako run ABFs in mk2s on k-jet
