200GBP pound shipping on a 383GBP product and I received the wrong product, needed mk2 and I had mk1, The box was labeled incorrectly by mistake at VWH and it was a genuine error anyone could make. Emailed them pictures and within a few weeks I have a Mk2 suspension kit here and Im selling the old ones locally on their behalf. It was a messy situation and it was resolved with very little fuss. Highly commend VW Heritage for excellent business acumen and look forward to shopping there again soon. h
