I've got a new loom which is mint to replace mine which was knackered. In the old one a few of the connections in the plugs look 'dry', sort of oxidized like they have seen some damp. Is there anything that I can spray on the new plugs thats better than WD40 to prevent this happening?
I've got some Contact Cleaner/Lubricant. It says its for cleaning and lubricating electro mechanical components. Contains high quality contact treatment oil to inhibit corrosion and maintain stable low contact resistance. Use on switches, variable resistors and connectors. Is that the stuff? Sounds good to me.
