    Thanks.

I went to the dyno day at Badger5 today. Here's a video of DTADroid doing it's thing while Bill does two runs on the dyno.
I wasn't even in the car as I used the BT connection. I really need to look at IATs!

Yup, this one's free as the dashboard isn't customisable, and there's no logging yet.

I've decided to move to a later code base, which will delay the release, but it will make sure there's few changes later. Will keep you up to date.

I'm going away from iPhone to a Samsung S5 mini, really looking forward to this app!

When trying to sort out the rev display on the Dash 2 being able to watch the ECU readings the same time would save me a lot of head aches from swapping cables and re-connecting.

So, with winter closing in, meaning sitting in the car coding was getting much less appealing, I needed an alternative solution to testing code.

A few emails back and forth with Martin of MEF Motorsport, and a plan was hatched. A couple of days later, and a parcel landed on my desk. I now have this sitting in my office:

I can now write code, and test it without having to go to the car. The dials allow me to "adjust" the throttle, coolant temp, etc while sitting at my desk.

A massive thanks to Martin, great quality piece of kit, and worked straight away.

It has already, I've made massive progress this week.

It should work fine on the Samsung Tab S. I'm using an LG G Pad, and it works well on there. Yours will have better processing power.

Good to know your ap can be used on the samsung s, as thats what I have.
Hoping this will come in useful when my car is (hopefully) up and running in a couple of months.

In other good news, I've made massive amounts of progress. I should be releasing a new free version in the next day or two, aiming to get the full version out as soon as possible after that. It may even be before Christmas at this rate.

I should have got that test bed much sooner.

    Hi guys

I'm trying to finalise the pricing model for the paid version. Can you please take the survey below? All responses are completely anonymous. :)

I've released an updated free version on the new code base, which also allows viewing of the sample logs.

I need to make some changes to the paid for version to ensure it can't be used unless it's been paid for. That will be done this week, then I'm on holiday for two weeks, so will release the paid for version in the new year.

    Hello,

Regarding the logging data do you have any updates?

    Hi rabbit16V,

Are there any particular issues you have with logging?

I have done some fixes to the core library regarding logging of internal GPS and acceleration data though not sure if these fixes are merged into the latest DTADroid.

    Hello Trev,

Sincerely i didn't use the application.
I am looking to buy an ECU (megasquirt or DTA S40) but on the S40 dont have a data logging data (recording data) like the megasquirt so my real question is: with this program it is possible to record data and after that analyze them?

    Happy NEW YEAR,
    Eugen
