    He was selling a Diablo 2 serial key (Diablo 2 is a game, assumedly requiring a serial key to play online or install, to combat piracy). So, he's advertising it, hoping for somebody to pay for it (fair enough), but in the picture you can actually make out the serial key, completely eradicating the need for anyone to buy it.
