Yeah same as Std, Make sure you get some new wishbone clamps for the front ones as they have a habbit of sheering off when you try to undo them.

haven't done anything with the ARB's on the rocco, but I remember the polo ones being a bit of a bugger, as you had to pre-load them before/while fitting, are the rocco/mk1 ones similar, in that they are under load when fitted?

A set of Eibach ones are just over 200 notes. Just noticed Volks-Speed do a lightweight adjustable rear one for 190.

I found the rear one a lot easier to fit than the front one.

The standard clamps fit fine on the front, it's only the bushes which are different, they have a larger centre diameter to accomodate the larger bar.

I never used any lube on mine and they don't squeak, or maybe I just can't hear them squeak over all the rattles and squeaks coming from the inside of the car! :o

Erm, sort of a C shape with two studded ends attached to it which go through the wishbone.

I had to jack up one side then support it and then jack up the other wheel so it doesn't hang down so low to make the wishbones more even.

I guess it depends how stiff your car is already but they made my car much more fun to drive [:D]

I think I got the wishbone clamps from GSF. I needed to replace one of the inner clamps too which I got from the main dealer.

    Does it only effect cornering?

I have koni kit dampner adjustable, front top & bottom & rear top struts, eibach arb kit... etc

But the car still wants to fly off the road when i plant the power under heavy lock (front wheel drive quirks?)
