Not been too bad this year but I must've sneezed 100 times last night, so now my ribcage and chest is all aching [:^(]

 

i quit smoking on sunday

i rode so poorly in my race. and i know its down to smoking

bit gutted really coz i love sitting in playing NFS underground drift on the PS2 getting mashed outta my face

 

indeed, i've while'd away many an hour sat in front on GTA on the xbox complete with smoking material
