Anyone ever used the Ferriday Engineering insulating Gaskets? I asked bout them for the hot 8v I'm at , it seems like a good idea especially for the non crossflow Gti's ? Or am I mad , again.... "Thank you for your e-mail. For this job we need to make a combined inlet & exhaust plate - the inlet part can be paper coated for easy sealing. Cost is 49.00 plus 3.50 P&P. I don't have drawings for either of these engines so I'll need some OE gaskets to work from, then we'll have to get our heads together so you can describe exactly what you want. Then, the job will just take a few days, maybe a week to complete."
We had a group buy on something similar about 18 months ago.. can't remember who ran it... it was an import from the states job...
