Ford free insurance prob.

    Hi,

    I know this is a vw forum but what the hell/

    My g/f just bought a sport ka [:$] that has free insurance, they will insure her but not me (they will only insure 21yr olds). I am 21 in november will they put me on after then???

    Not a bad motor really.

    Free insurance
    Reliable
    goes rnd. corners ok
    fairly nippy
    Cheap

    Maybe not but, the free insurance is worth 2k to her so 6999 and it wont cost anythink for 3yrs. [:D]

    how is insruance worth 2k to anyone?!! phone around, i bet you could get her insured for less than 1k if you tried :)

    not with a crash, being 21, and 3 points :clap: they dont seem to like it :lol:

    I'm 20, had two crashes, have 3 points, and i'm only paying 1070 on my 2.0 16v mk2!

    I'd let my G/F have a sportka, and I'd drive it. IMO they are a canny bit of kit.

    I think it was EVO that did a feature on them and praised them from the heavens.

    Not stupidly quick, but excellent handling.

    The people on here who could answer with any certainty would need to be 21 & have a 21 yr old g/friend with a Sport Ka on free insurance (& even then the rules could have changed!). Gotta think you're pi55ing in the wind a little! :lol:

    alum yeah when we took 1 out i thought it seemed ok.
