    Evening everyone

Right I've had a brain wave, basically I've put a 1.8t quattro setup into a lupo I've got the quattro pump/sender fitted to a custom tank,
However I removed the second sender and bridges the wires but it dosent read so I'm assuming they work on a resistance setup?
Would it be possible to add a resistor to the wiring external of the tank to obtain somewhat near a working fuel gauge?
Am I going to have to try for the second sender/swap to a single sender

Or am I barking totally up the wrong tree

    Hope someone knows

    Regards

    Dan

Its a signal modifier/emulator, sender and gauge can be what you like

Just had a look at those they look like a really good bit of kit, I think I've solved this one now but there deffinatley worth keeping in mind for future projects
    Thank you

Basically incase it will help anyone else,

    It does work off resistance
And basically the little float arm and circuit board that run the sender slide out and are interchangeable, so I pulled the old single pump sender apart and swapped it into a quattro pump and plugged it in to the car and has o move it it matches with the gauge, so tomorrow's job pop the pump out and quick swap them.
As you can see mine fit opposite sides but my pump is usable in both directions so should be ok

    Cheers
    Dan
