Full postcodes for TomTom

    Is this a newer database of them dave? as my tomtom(5.210) already does full postcodes....

    Not sure tbh.
    My version on PDA only had partial postcode as does my mobile so anything which was an improvement was good enough for me.

    nice one dave just upgraded mine (5.210), It only did the basic post code before hand, unable to search for last 2 letter to locate the actual road

    Don`t know if it was just my phone software but I had to put card into reader to get it to install.
    No such problems with PDA though.

    Update on this.
    Running TTN6 now and don`t have full postcode search.Any pointers in the right direction ,excuse the pun ,would be appreciated.

    i've got tom tom mobile, were do i put this file? I can't do uk postcode searches as it only allows me to type in numbers?

    with ver.6 I had to put the postcode file on the pda itself in programs>navigator>zip, it wouldn't work from the card.

    TomTom fix.

    Shows it on here .Put zip file into directory etc.
    Problem is that I am using cracked version and zip file is empty ? so that`ll be that idea fecked.

    sorted, just put the file in the zip folder on the memory card and it works. cheers, this has been bugging me for about a year now!

    use the postcode file from your first post.

    TomTom on N95 ? I was told this doesn`t work ,what version are you using and is it legit ;)
