Thought the first guy's voice was fairly amusing, but the guy right at the end made me spit my tea out....

afraid not, its Flaams. which is one of the languages spoken in Belgium. very similar to Dutch (which i speak). and its a comedy show.

but its still funny

 

To speak Dutch do you just speak English but have your face in a bowl of water?
