cheers dude, cost a lot m8, can't say incase the mrs see's this lol but they go for about 300-350 each on eBay second hand!! think there 600 brand new.
Looks lovely mate Those R32 bumpers looks soooo good compared to the original ones. Wouldn't mind a set on mine, but cant afford another project just yet.
had a quick look at both your motors very nice m8, bet that mk5 engine wasn't cheap but bet its worth it, custom codes have new re maps that pump them up to about 280bhp but no prices as yet check it out dude, was tempted my self, how much work is involved is it a simple swap? or is a ecu needed, codeing exhaust? can u let me know dude very intrested!!
cheers dude it is pricey and then u have to get them sprayed aswell!!! but yes they do look good and being original the fits spot on unlike the reps out there.
not as bad as you would think 1799.99 plus delivery i still have to fit the mk4 r32 ecu and loom not sure what i'm doing about the exhaust flaper but i can live with the fault code i have a r32 exhaust and a milltek centre section to go on your's would be less work than mine's was but with the mk5 engine you need to swap over a few of bits
you will hate my for how little i got the front bumper for mine but yes not cheap i still need the get the rear one most likely cost about 250 for a second hand one need to get the finger out i'v past up 3 the same colour in the last few months ffs keep splashing out on other things
sounds like u can get bargains out there rear ones are cheaper to buy but then u need to get an exhorts and fit it this is probaly why there cheaper, I'm always looking out for stuff so if I find any going cheap ill let u know buddy!! plus when your looking for stuff it's always dear but once you've got what u want you see it going the next day for hardly nothing lol.
That would be nice, thanks man Actually i didn't think about the exhaust, is that off an r32 as well? and yes what you are saying about the next day thing is a fact
yeah with the four mo it justs needs a 6-8" exstention made up for the rear box as its a little shorter on the r32 remove the towing eye and it's a 10min job for a good exhaust shop let me know how to pm on here and ill send u some links to some bumpers
