Hi all, I believe this is a common problem with MK5s. I have got a golf 1.4 petrol, 57 plate. My fan kicks off 10-15 sec after starting the vehicle and it runs on full blast. I have read a lot of posts but all of them were for a twin fan assembly (small fan and a big fan). My cooling fan assembly has only got 1 fan, not 2. 1. I have changed the fan. 2. I have changed the coolant temperature sensors G62 and G83 (I think they were). Is there anything else I can do about that? Done diagnostic several times and there are no faults or trouble codes. Is there a relay that I could check, or some sort of an external fan temperature control module or anything else at all??? I am completely lost and not sure what to do. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks
