Golf VR6 bhp

    Quick question. Can some one tell me the bhp of a standard golf 2.8 vr6.

    174bhp, but later ones seem to be around 185bhp so ive been told

    Cheers Golf Mk3. Is 174bhp the factory quoted figure on all VR's.

    174bhp is factory figures for all uk vr6 mk3 golfs

    i got 197bhp and 183lbft at stealth with just a supersprint and a bmc. a couple of peeps got over 200 too and i think everyone got over 180 :)
