Here's a few of my photos from Goodwood FoS 2011, out of 500 photos, these were the best, the photography is just not happening for me at the mo, it seems to be going backwards Classic mistake here, after too many beers handing your camera to someone else. Should have put it on AUTO, but it overexposes which i hate. All the settings were for panning, like focus on centre sensor, therefor the subject is out of focus. I did do a few test shots myself before handing it over, but unfortunatly still managed to mess this important photo up
cheers, i'm happy with the camera as they were ISO 1600. not sure why some parts of the car are in focus and others not
Just part of the pan. Unless you shoot the photo when its directly in front of you 90 degrees on, you will usually get some of the car that contains a little blur. Nothing wrong with that tho, it just makes the image more dynamic IMO
I can't understand that really, as the car was 90 deg infront of me and the body is all one thing moving at the same speed. Maybe the front or back was going over a bump, as the out of focus parts do seem to be related to the whole front or back.
