    Evening Folks.

Those who know me realise that I drink 'loads o' beer' every evening.

So. I have five British Ales tonight and this idea came to me:

Let's see what great tools we own.

    Dave.

    Thanks my loverly laddo.

I keep posting, and no one replies! Except for you right now.
I actually thought that I had eventually pi55ed off every one on here.

I shall post the very best and condemn any crap tools posted!

    Kindest regards, Dave.

Forgot car stuff, this is hands down the best tool I own.

If anyone does any DIY at all get one of these. There's no job I do that this doesn't make easier. One of those things I wish I'd bought years ago

    Oscillating "multi tool".
    Brilliant item, I have several.

Well… I forgot to reply last night and this was the tool I’d taken a picture of! Except mine is Milwaukee but they’re absolutely brilliant

The very best tool I own is this 1964 Rolex Explorer.
I put it on here because, watches without 'tart' on them are known as: " Tool Watches".

    Indeed they are.

Tonight's job - quickly cut out a damp section to be re plastered using the blade attachment

And at the weekend remove a lime and lath ceiling using the half moon shaped cutting attachment to cut the plaster then a wood cutting blade to trim the laths. Finally the sanding attachment to neaten the edges of the plaster coving.

What do you use this oscillating tool for though?
Best tool I’ve ever bought is my Dremel. Got me out of so many tight corners it’s worth it’s weight in gold. Everything from grinding welds, cutting off exhaust studs, polishing the misses jewellery, gets into really tight spaces where nothing else can reach.

Every time I do an oil change on our Mk2 Kuga (DW10C engine) I always appreciate this special tool.

Oh, can I add another one?

My Hettie (pink version of the Henry) hoover.

Absolute essential when doing DIY and handy for doing the car as well.

Bought after I wrecked a 300 quid Dyson using it to unblock a chimney :-)

This is my favourite car tool. Powerful enough to undo almost anything I do, unless it’s a hub nut or something like that.

The toggle is the best part imo.
