gti IV front bumper and head light remove

I have a 2003 gti 1.8T, how do i take off my front bumper, grill, and head lights. Also, i need picture to look at...please help!!

 

There are three guys at my workplace with the same problem.

There is no Haynes manual for the Mk4 yet, and the web hasn't got a 'how to' site yet.

The best I can suggest is to have a look at EKTA at: www.elcats.ru

The site is in Russian, but the picture show all the fixings...
