Best chance is to head over to the house of blues in las vegas on new years eve they did that gig in 2002 and 2003.
Or the next rock in rio.

If it's slash and co you want to hear then look out for velvet revolver, they done a cover of money by pink floyd and there own track on the soundtrack to the incredible hulk as well as some other stuff.

Bought tickets for GnR in 2002, bit gutted when they cancelled.

I'm not keen on the greatest Hits cd as it has 5 cover songs on it, and has left out some of the bands best songs like Mr Brownstone & Nightrain.

Lets hope Axl gets the new album out soon as I have had enough of a lot of the pooe thats floating around at the moment.

Also lets hope the new band are half as good as the original. I doubt it mind without Slash & co

Yeah he has put on a few pounds, but he is 40 now! When GN'R were around in the late 80's early 90's, he was probably living on drugs n poo!

When I saw them in Leeds he didn't look that much bigger though.

    Bring on Chinese Democracy!

I was too young to be allowed to go at the time :( :( but I could hear them in when I was playing football in Washington (about 6 or so miles away).

I heard that the original members were getting back together for some sort of tour, but without Axl. Now that I'd like to see :)

I don't know whether there will be another G n' R album though. I heard that they were contractually obliged to release another album, and the record company were so f**ked off with Axl arsing about they stuck out the Greatest Hits so they could drop them [:^(]

I'm a D&B head but Guns and Roses rock, (literally, lol)
they wouldn't be the same without Axl singing, despite the greatness of Slash and, co the true sound of GnR was Axl's voice. IMO
