If you haven't already, look up it's MOT history also. Looks like it was reasonably well cared for insofar as it was MOT'd nearly annually with no major issues mentioned. Anything that was picked up on appears to have been dealt with promptly / re-MOT'd quickly. History stops May 2012 with a mileage of 146,958 recorded (assuming it was your engine still in it). Even if it ran on for another year with an MOT, previous mileages suggest it didn't usually go far between tests. The last tax book change was Oct 2014.
