Managed to change a mk2 (post 88) wing mirror without removing the door card? I am proud to say i did yesterday, was v lcky in getting the remote adjuster to come through the inside of the door with the flat PERFECTLY lined up! Only downside is that the bellows are now no longer held between the door card and the door.
For the sake of about six or seven screws. I would have removed the door card. But hey, cool that you did it.
