Head rebuilding with tweaks

I've got a spare head for my 8v GTI and toying with the idea of having it rebuilt but with some tweaks (port polish fast road cam etc) basically anything that can be done to eek out more power.

Remember back in the day "man in the shed" Used to do head work but no idea who he is or if he's still about, so wondering if anyone can recommend someone to do this work for me?
