    Cool. Any idea of max revs it's pulled? Just thinking of those springs.

    Limited at 8400 rpm, no issues to speak of yet

    No idea what springs dan used but i would imagine he would have gone for best ones

    In past i have done some agressive down changes with revs deffo going over 8.5k and all is well

    I'd definitely recommend changing them then, with a rebuild effort like this :thumbup:

    I will speak to Bill as i am sure some valves from supertech are only matched to certain springs and collets or something like that, something to do with beign one groove or more

    Not entirely sure, cheers for advice Chris

    Bill, i dont suppose u know what valve springs Dan installed during valve gear upgrade?

    Also are you still on hydro lifters?

    did dan get them from me do you know?
    i can check the order and see if it said single groove or 3 groove style

    hydo on mine yea. been ok
    motul 300v oil used tho which i am convinced helps them cope

    Just goes to show what revs hydro lifters can cope with!
