Greetings, I stumbled across this forum after seeking some advice on a different forum. From my brief survey of posts it definitly looks like this forum has the content I'm looking for. Anyway, I'm a huge GTI fan. When I graduated high school the MK2 GTI had just won the Car and Driver car of the year award here in the USA. It was the car I lusted after. Fast forward 30 years many GTI's later and here I am. Currently I have a 1983 MK1 dedicated track car that I'm having some difficulties with. I'll start another thread for those questions.
