    Hi,

I bought a gsf diesel radiator p/n 17332 to replace my leaky 16v radiator as they don't seem to list the dual core one any more,

Trouble is I can't get it to fit in to any of the pairs of locating holes in the crossmember, it will not sit correctly in any of the holes, one set is just slightly too narrow and the other set is miles too wide.

Is there any difference in the crossmember between early and late golfs? or am i being stupid.

the distance between the pegs on the new rad is 587mm.

    thanks,
    Oli.

I went and changed the radiator to the smaller one gsf do and that didn't fit either, the pegs weren't in the right place to go in the crossmember.

does anyone know which gsf radiator will fit a 90 spec 16v?

ok, so we know they will fit a pre 90.

has anyone fitted a gsf rad into a post 90 16v?

gsf were going to try and get me a valeo rad which is listed to fit a 16v but they haven't got any in any branches. i dont know if the flusser one i got from them is made to bad tolerances but the pegs are about 5mm too far apart.
