   i just found a weber 32/34 dtml from a 1.8 8v gu engine for sale, could this fit on my 1.6 EZ ? if so do i need to modify or re-jet it ?

   You'll need to re-jet it. There's a sheet somewhere which gives the jet specs for both engines.
