Alright people i need your help.... Ok i brought a 2E bottom end for my mk1, stripped the block and had all the necessary machining work done, however whilst the crank, block, flywheel, clutch, pistons and rods where in the machine shop a complete muppet at work decided to throw away all other components that came on the 2E block.. So that leaves me asking the question : can i use all the aux bits off my original dx???? My main concerns are the dizzy layshaft, does it actual fit into the block, can i use my dx dizzy?? Do i need a different bracket for my alternator??? Boll&*ks a bit off a mess ah Any advice is welcome guys Cheers
