i know the guy cos i bought an exhaust manifold off him, but i don't know what his work is like. i'd say he's a decent guy and i know he is into making cars faster - which is obviously what you're looking for !

great just great - with the amount of problems im having with this car at the moment I'll be struggling to afford the 2L bottm end let alone the fancy stuff - sigh*
paul borthwick has a hi-flow head on his G40 (stage 3 if i remember correctly) with re-profiled valves & all that. he's well impressed with it. gives his car some really good top end. you can find him on porka.net when its back online. he's called paulg40 on there.
oh by the way chris - I cleaned the contacts on my alternator and slapped in a new VAG battery - bloody thing starts fine now. I'll bring the one you lent me back for the wilts meeting next week
