    the rears?

I assume I can, got the little plastic tap for the fronts. No idea how to do the back, or even if I can, I think the instructions were in Urdu but I threw them away anyway.

You'll need to have them off the car, then you push the piston all the way down turning it when its almost at the bottom so it engages with the adjuster, once its engaged it just a matter of turning it clockwise to stiffen it or vica versa.

    Take them off!!

What a bol1ock, does anyone bother, I stiffened the fronts on track but you could feel the back leaning more and it felt a bit odd.

i wouldn't know where to start, behind the wheels aren't they?

With car on stands its just a matter of undoing the nut at the top and the nut and bolt at the bottom, you'll see that the nut is inside the axle, its nothing of a job really so long as the bolt hasn't seized inside the strut.

The top adjustable rears are still fiddly, you need to have hands like Jeremy Beadle to adjust them :p

It's still easier than taking them off though!

Feck taking them off to adjust them, what a ball ache [:^(]

Unless you just stiffen them 'a bit' as a happy medium between a road and track setting and leave it at that?

With the T/A FKs you get a slim adjuster for the rears so you can adjust them in situ.
Easier way - rip all the shelf supports out.

I don`t find it that bad with the shelf in, only 10 extra for rear t/a`s (sorry!).
