Did my usual search for insurance, Compare the Meerkat, Moneysupermarket etc. Prices had gone up a little bit so tried Tesco Compare. The only quote I got from them was AUTONETCARINSURANCE.CO.UK 18,435.56 Voluntary excess: 200 Compulsory excess: 150 Total = 350 (RAC breakdown from 46.95) 1 x 2,971.69 10 x 1,790.17 Total = 20,873.39 Cheeky buggers wanted extra for breakdown cover! Needless to say I went with someone else for 303 fully comp!! Im 40, never claimed before and have about a million years no claims bonus. Car is 22 years old and worth about 1500. Can anyone bet that?
