how wide shall i go....

As you know i run 9x16 brocks

......you may have read i just took delivery of some bbs RM's.......

Shall i get 2.5 inch outers or 3 inchers

Plus would 195/45s be a push? as i dont fancy silly stretching.......

Width; don't know.
Tyres; Lupo GTIs run 205/45s.

 

I would put the wheels on the car and measure how much wider you need to make them to get the outer rim flush with your arch and buy rims accordingly.

 

i just orderd me 2 x 2" and 2 x 2.5" should look nice and phat

you would need 205's for 3" outers
