Ibiza Cupra????

    opinons please! after using the mk2 as our daily for 4 months after going down to one car i promised the gf it wouldnt be for too long. seen a couple of these on the trader for good money. there nippy but defo not fast, my mate used to have one and it went well with 210hp map!!! how do you rate them????

    if your talking about the 1.8T version then I really like them. Really nice looking, expecially if you can get the deep blue colour they did and they go very nicely with a remap

    that is exactly what ive just bought!!! drove it 70 miles home and im very pleased with it. i'll post up some pics when i get time!!!

    i had 1 for 4 years . bought it new and modded it 212bhp etc etc . could not get it to handle tho

    one thing ive noticed is every time i turn on the ignition the A/C comes on and the blowers come on full blast. can i stop this or is it a pre-set thing???

    something odd with it then - they handle great

    these are great cars and a lot for your money

    Had an Ibiza, then a Leon - it's widely noted on seatcupra.net that these do take a bit of tweaking and fettling to make them handle well. Can be quite heavy and wallowy as stock, although I'd still happily buy another one! I could pick up a lightly nodded LCR for about half what I got for mine 18 months ago. God bless the credit crunch!

    ^^ see i think black wheels on an ibiza makes them look underwheeled? White on blue would be my choice

    cheers dude, thats the mk2 cupra if you didnt know, and yep i think white on blue work well

    ay my housemate had a mk2 ibiza, was more cable ties on that thing than any car I have seen. Bits just literally fell off the whole time. If the sun was on the doors, the central locking would stop working!!!
