When I had the Jetex system on my 16V, what I would also do is get a very large cable tie and use it to squeeze the shite out of the exhaust rubber. It significantly prolonged it's lifespan.

There aren't any. Pull your inner trim cover back and watch as the roof goes forward and you will see what governs the height at the back.

Ps nice plate from a fellow ginger :-)

there is height adjust at the back as well, pull down inner trim and slide back, look in the gap either side into the roof area you'll see a hex head botl with a flathead screwdriver slot cut into it, loosen that and adjust height

Thanks for the advice on the rear adjustment screws. Loosened then off, but the sunroof wouldn't budge. Then realised the sunroof panel just needed a good forceful push upwards to allow it to move freely as it was stuck in the one position. Probably because it's never been adjusted since it left the factory.

The C&R chain ones, just cause the vehicle mounting points to be ripped off with enough rough road or trackday driving.
I went through that entire cycle back in the day until I had Style Dynamics in High Wycombe build slide mountings on the exhaust system.
If your exhaust is too loud but in good condition, you possible need another box added to it.
On a NA ABF you will have performance with a 1.75 diameter exhaust tube! So no need to spend on an entire system as it will not benefit a NA mostly standard engine.

So I got the heater unit out and replaced the perished foam on the flaps.
Started putting everything back together and noticed that the plastic duct that goes from the heater box unit to the top dash vents was mangled to death, so it wasn't fitting properly and air must have been escaping around where the two fit together. I'm guessing this is why the heaters on the front screen weren't great. Ordered a replacement from eBay for £7. Just waiting for it to turn up now.

No wonder the old one wouldn't fit on the heater box.
    Out with the old...

So I was just about to put coolant in the car. Tried to connect the bottom radiator hose up, and noticed the hose has a kink in it, which is obviously restricting the flow as it's not the proper one for the car. It's also been hacked at an angle to make it fit. New hose now ordered from eBay.

Picked these up for £250 from a local lad that had them sitting in his loft for four years.
I think they're Fiesta RS Turbo seats?
They've got recliner handles on both sides.
Are these a pain to alter in order to fit into the MK2 Golf?
