Off I went to start my Mk1 Cabrio after her winter lay up to get her ready for the Nottingham meet on Sunday...Battery charged and connected and low and behold my tempermental cat 2 immobiliser is just completly stuck on!!! Is there anyone in the Mansfield area willing to help a damsel in distress removing excess useless wiring!!
Definetly the immobiliser? if so find the control box of the immobiliser and give it a tap, there relays which cut the power, as we all know relays stick and carbon up over time, by tapping the box they can be loosened.
