" IN 01 " on dash LCD - AHU TDi

    Hi ,
    since I bought the car with no handbook and not got a haynes yet...

    any ideas what this means?
    with the ignition on but before starting the mileage LCD flashes up
    " IN 01 "
    just wandering if anyone knows what this could be about

    97 MK3 TDi AHU

    something to do with an inspection.

    it can show IN02 and OEL as well

    it can be reset on the dash by pressing a load of things. search mk3 dash reset

    Sounds like the Service indicator to me. Not sure what is involved with a Inspection 01 service tho.

    IN01 means it's just due for a minor service (inspection)
