can any body tell me if it's worth removing the heater prongs in the inlet manifold in search of extra power, and how badly it would affect it on cold mornings ect, thanks
Probably not going to make a huge amount of difference to be honest mate, unless your engine is putting out much more power than standard. The 'hedgehog' doesn't impede flow too badly. It should still work if you trim down the spikes though, if you fancy giving it a go. Many people do this mod while the engine is in bits, it doesn't take too long.
