Inlet manifold designs - some science, inc cutting PB manifold up final cut done

    I did cut the manifold up and took 120mm from the top of the plenum to the cut line and both the box and the pipe are 120mm??

    bugger!!

    I have chopped up the metal work for the plenum no pics at the minute, ill put some up soon, i ca\nt even put up the drawing sorry Mike!!

    Yes they are wonky, no they wont stay that way.

    and im ill be doing something similar for the xflow head.

    yes mate, the welder has asked i get it all sorted as much as possible, before taking it to him, so im going to make another while im at it altho thats xflow based.

    having spent some time in the garage tonight organising a few things, i layed a xflow manifold next to a manifold for the counter flow.

    now theres a thought with an adapter plate and a bit of porting...

    just need to fill the gap in

    [​IMG]

    no good for the counter flow head, but xflow could well work.
