Inlet manifold for 42mm itbs....

Hi all.. I'm currently mulling over options for an inlet manifold for my jenvey 42mm itb's , there's plenty available in 45 mm but none in 40 or 42mm diameter .. So there will be a big step in my inlet track .. I know it's a step going the right way so to speak ( inlet diameter getting bigger ) but surely the disturbance can't be good can it ?
I was thinking about buying the flanges and making my own with 40 mm internal diameter alloy tube .. And ovaling the head side in a vice but then I'm thinking it will be to small for my inlet ports ..

Any input guys ?

Don't 16v inlets come unfinished to suit 40mm carbs/ITBs?

Have a look for MTS Motorsport, they make a few different 16V carb/itb manifolds, they might have something to suit you!

 

I'm not sure to be honest jon .. Any ideas on the company that supply's them ?

I thought jenvey did a direct to head setup for the 16v.
