Will insurance be higer due to the fact its a left hooker? It was brought to the uk a while ago and all the lights etc are uk spec. Iv been quoted 865 but will that changed if i mension its a lhd import?

Depends on the insurer. Some will charge silly extra money, others don't increase it at all.

    hehe

funny you should mention that as I was getting a quote for a UK spec e30 m3. They all came in LHD(some were converted by specialists) but they were sold out of the showroom LHD. The guy on the other end of the phone was like 'Sorry sir but all uk cars are RHD'

    er, no.

Yeah, it makes me laugh when people try and turn
their e30 318 into an M3. Unless you employ a
midget to steer a very small steering wheel, and
install a fake one for you to sit infront of, it is very
difficult to fool anyone who knows their stuff!

Still, some (many) try (and fail).
