Hi guys my insurance policy is coming up towards its renewal and I'm now looking at getting classic policy for my corrado. I'm 25 years old been driving for 5years and have 1years ncb which I don't think really matters on classic policy Question is which company's will be realistic and quote me happy as it can get abit frustrating when you go through a long application form over the phone just to get a silly amount dishes out to you. All help is greatly appreciated and hope I find a good deal
I also use Footman James. Limited mileage helps... And being an old duffer... Think you're 'just' old enough to have half a chance with them. Not sure how they are with mods, I only have suspension (30mm).
Same age as you, Brentacre were really good when I took out a policy a few months back on my mk2. Do you have the use of another car? One of the stipulations of the two 'classic policies' I've had is that the car is not a daily.
I've found HIC to be good on my VR6 conversion. Only changed by about 50 for the year with the bigger engine. -J
I'm with Marker Study (through Lancaster) nothing special but 400 a year fully comp flies well with me. Golf MK2 owner, 28 at time of purchase, 0 years no claims.
