any one on here got a mk2 16v and under 25 with insurance as my mate says he cant get insurance for a mk2 16v . hes 24 years old. any advice be great cheers
There is a lot of factors that insurance companys take into account other than age and the vehicle. Occupation, location and history to name a few. I had a mk2 8v which cost me 300/year on a classic policy - didnt grumble
Was 24 when i first insured mine, though it was an 8V. Cost me 1800. Then drop by 600 this year when I hit 25. Modern car policys class this car as "high performance" still!
